Hello! This card was made with a digital image that I saved from TLC Creations. I printed the image on white CS and added some highlights with Silver Metallic Marker. I stamped sentiments from Heartfelt Creations and Flourishes with DOI Vintage Photo. I attached this to a card base of Brown CS. When my DH saw this, he identified it as a 1930 Cadillac. This will be an anniversary card for my DH in October.

Hello! 2 Cards! 1 Stamp! I used Repeat Impressions Corvette stamp (bought in 2014) with different inks and techniques. The top card was stamped and inked with Distress Oxide ink and embossed with clear EP to give a shiny texture. Added accents with Metallic Silver and Markers. Finished with Pattern Paper and a Oyster Pearl card base. The car on the second one was stamped with Memento Toffee Crunch ink on white CS and placed on an argyle pattern paper and an ecru card base.

In the late 70's-early 80's , we had a Corvette the color of butterscotch with white leather interior. This stamp reminds me of that fun car.

Hello! I have been MIA because of computer problems. We were not able to get internet connections caused by underground wires going bad. I have some catching up to do posting cards .
The card that I am showing today was stamped with a Lili of the Valley stamp that my DH loves. I have used several colors for the car on different cards and made a gold model today. I always use a different license plate and used DAD on this one. Walter & Winnie stamps were used for the sentiment. Used Memento Espresso Truffle ink and Copics E30,34,35,50, N2,4,7, Y26,Y28.
Hello! Looks like a sunny day here...great for a ride in the convertible. I made this for a color challenge to use Ivory. This was a challenge for me but I gathered up some Ivory CS, Ivory Copics, Ivory Ribbons, and Ivory Pearl Heart as elements for my card. I began with an image Mini Bear from Lili of the Valley which I stamped with DI Brushed Corduroy on GKD Ivory CS. Colored the image in mostly ivory tones.

Welcome! My great nephew celebrates his 3rd birthday next week. I have fun making cards for him and his brother and always try to personalize the cards with a special touch. I decided to use my Cameo to make him a car shaped card using a Silhouette cut file designed by Lori Whitlock. I added brads to the tires and door and used metallic texture cardstock for the lights. The car was cut from Red, White, and Black Cardstock and the windows are Glossy White CS. I added Jacob's picture to the window. Isn't he the cutest? I made the banner sentiment and inside message using Print Shop to print. This card is A2 size so it fits in a regular envelope. I hope Jacob likes his card....don't all 3 year old boys love to play with cars?
Hello! I am having fun making cards with cars as my focus...a perfect theme for cards for Father's Day. I think I will share this with my 90 year old uncle who has a love of great cars. I am posting this Father's Day card using the sketch of a Chevy from Digi Sketch Challenge and a digital image from Doodle Pantry. I used a pre-color digi that made this an easy card to create.

Hello! My card today is for the challenge #16 at Joan's Touch to make a Twisted Easel card.
We are to use any color, some patterned paper, and an item sold at Joan's Gardens. Since Father's Day is near, I decided to make a card for my DH using papers from Graphics 45 "A Ladies Diary" pad that was from Joan's Gardens. There are some great masculine graphics and patterns in this pad...don't let the name of the paper pad fool you. This was a fun card to make and easier than I thought.

Hello! The Designer’s Choice Challenge 521 at the House that Stamps Built hosted by Deonna is to create cards with a monochromatic color scheme. For my blackish card, I have chosen the Repeat Impression stamp of a Corvette that I stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink on white cardstock and trimmed with Nesties Oval die and placed on a Black Scallop Oval mat cut with Nesties Die. This was attached to Black and White Pattern Paper from Fancy Pants which I embossed with Cuttlebug EF Tiny Bubbles. Added a Black and White Stitched Ribbon and rub-on stickers from stash before placing on black card base.

I am still playing with travel theme cards....maybe thinking of all the traveling done over Memorial Day weekend. I recently received Doodle Pantry Classic Cars 2 digital images and could not wait to use the Ford Ragtop Image. I printed and fussy cut the red car and used with some old Paper Pizazz road map paper. I used orange Core-dinations canvas texture as card base layered with a red textured card stock, then the pattern paper that I embossed with Cuttlebug EF Tiny Bubbles. I lined the road with a narrow Satin Orange ribbon and added the car with pop up foam. Finished with a sticker from Creative Imaginations. Thought this came out rather colorful.
Hello! Spring weather brings the urge to take road trips. The challenge at One-Layer Simplicity this month is Road Trip. I thought my stamp from Lili of the Valley of James driving his convertible would be perfect for my one layer card. This car reminds me of my DH's convertible so I colored it to look like his. I stamped on GKD white Cardstock with Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with Copics E0000,30,33,35,50 , Y26,28, N2,4,and 7. Also used Gray pencil, Metallic silver Jell-ink pen and Glossy Accents. Found the perfect sticker from Creative Imaginations to complete my card. A most often asked question on our trips is "Are we there yet?"
