Lots of Gold
I am back with a second post today. Sorry, my photo does not show this card too well. I made this for Annabelle Stamps November challenge with the theme of "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas". I used stamp sets Stamped for Christmas and Decorated Christmas from Annabelle Stamps as well as her dies for the ornament and border. Cardstocks used were Gold Metallic and Red from GKD. Versamark and Ranger Gold EP were used for the sentiment and Red EP was used on the ornament. I finished with a shiny metallic ribbon and bow.
I enjoy all your comments. Thank you. Theresa

Early Made Christmas Tag
It is never too early to prepare for Christmas so I decided to make a Christmas Tag for the BasicGrey Challenge #99 - Make a Tag. I used Spellbinders Label 4 Dies to cut the front and back from a double side paper from BasicGrey Jovial found in my scraps. I cut 2 other pieces with a smaller die using another pattern paper from the same Jovial Pad. I stamped one smaller diecut with a Sentiment from Creative Clear Stamp Set "Holiday Sentiments" using Versamark and Gold Embossing Powder. For the inside layer I stamped "To and From" stamp from GKD in Versamark and Red Embossing Powder. I assembled the tag by adhering the smaller cutouts to the larger ones and using a Gold Tree Brad and ribbon from stash to join both sides together. This allows the top of the tag to twist around so the inside can be viewed. I hid the prongs of the brad on the back with an ornament cutout that I had made with Annabelle's Stamps and Diecut. I was pleased that I used only scraps in the making of this tag.....no full sheets of paper were cut!I enjoy all your comments. Thank you. Theresa

Romantic Love from Another Era
Romantic love makes a come back. In years of yore, a guy knew just how to make romance. That is what is dipicted from this graphic that I found at Moonlight Madness Studio Free Images. I used this to make a card for Sugar Creek Hollow challenge to make Vintage or Shabby Chic cards that
depict ROMANTIC LOVE. I started with card base of turquoise that I distressed with ink and added a leftover mat of paper that I had stamped with music (unknown source). To this I layered a small doily from stash and the image cut with an oval die. I arranged the image at an angle to give some interest and motion. Finished with pearls, ribbons, and some love...a sentiment from Flourishes.
I think I hear a George Gerswhin tune.
Challenges:
Sugar Creek Hollow: Romantic Love in Vintage or Shabby Chic
Stamptacular Sunday: Gents and Gems. Used pearls as gems. Stamping is the music on background and word love.

Party Time Tuesday: Love and Romance

CAS with Ornaments
Hello! This is another card that I made using my new products from Annabelle Stamps. I used the sketch challenge from The Sweet Stop shown on left. I made 4 ornament cut outs with an Annabelle die in a row on the white CS used as a top layer. I added black twine to each ornament cut out and stamped the Annabelle sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I attached the white layer with foam dots to a SU Red and White Stripe layer and then attached to a white card base. A strip of gold metallic paper had been added to show at the top of the ornaments where the twine "attached" to the ornaments. The Striped layer does not show on the lower edge of the card but it is there in real life...just the angle of the photo did not capture the lower edge.
