Summer Flowers

Hello and welcome my friends.  This card that I am showing was made with Gina K Designs supplies. I stamped the floral image from Wildflowers bundle with black ink on watercolor paper and water colored with Gina K inks Medium Carnation, Passionate Pink, Fresh Asparagus and Medium Spruce. I die cut the image using die from the same bundle. I attached the image to an embossed pattern paper from GKD Watercolor Floral paper pad with some foam tape. I used Cuttlebug EF Victoria for the embossing that I distressed with a bit of sandpaper. Attached this to a white cardcase. Stamped the sentiment from GKD Rose Bouquet set with Passionate Pink ink on a die cut circle of white matted with a pink circle to complete the design. Circle dies from Spellbinders.

Twofer with Circle Dies

Hello!  I am back with another entry to Twofer Card Challenge.  The challenge is to make 2 different designs for 2 different occasions using the same stamps and/or dies.  The August prompt is Geometric and I chose to use Spellbinder Nestabilities circle dies for my cards.   For the Christmas Card, I used 3 circle dies with a White Texture specialty paper, Silver Glitter paper and a Red CS that I embossed with a Reindeer EF. I added white ink to the raised reindeer.   I layered the 3 circles on a Red Card Base and added Cheery Lynn die cut sentiment from the Silver Glitter paper.  

For the second card, I decided to create a Birthday Card.  I used the same 3 circle dies to cut circles from Orange, Yellow, Glitter, and Patterned Glitter card stocks.   I also used a hole punch and additional circle dies of various sizes with the same 3 dies that I used in the top card.  I arranged all the circles on a White CS and stamped a Gina K Sentiment with Hero Arts Orange ink and heat embossed with Clear EP.

Shades of Green

 Hello!  I started off to make a green card and that is what I got....all green. Not another color in sight!
I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday for my design since it had circles as also in the photo inspiration from Sparkle & Shine Challenge.  I was going to break up the color with a bit of white but I ended using 4 shades of Green Card Stock, Memento Bamboo Leaves and Pear Tart inks, and green sequins.  The Heart was cut from a Foil Shamrock Confetti and added in with the sequins.
Other Supplies: Power Poppy Sassy Succulents stamp set, Cuttlebug EF Tiny Bubbles, Nesties Circle Dies, Sukara Clear Star Pen, and foam dots.

Too Close To the Sketch?

 Hello!  My card today is made for the CAS(E) this Sketch graphic on the right.  I know I took the design literally and stamped circles copying the sketch.  I just had that design stuck in my mind as I stamped multiple colors using Large and small Circle stamps from GKD Inspiration Mosaic and Candles for Your Cake.  Yes, I did use actual rubber stamps that I have.  I first thought of using erasers on the end of pencils but then I remembered the GKD stamps.  My colors used were inspired by the Photo Inspiration from Addicted to Stamps. I also added some embossing to the lower edge for texture which also follows the circles theme.
Supplies: Memento Dandelion, Cantaloupe, Tangelo, Morocco inks: White, Yellow, and Orange CS from stash,  Cheery Lynn Happy Birthday Dies.

Challenges:
CAS(E) this Sketch: #133 shown on upper right
Addicted to Stamps: #155 Photo Inspiration.  Used colors of flowers in my card. The cluster of circles mimic the shape of the flowers in an abstract way.
Cheery Lynn Challenge: #195 Anything Goes.  This is a very different style card that I usually make for Cheery Lynn Challenges but it is Anything Goes,  so why not enter it?
