Sassy Succulents

Hello! The other day I came across a challenge at Inspired by All The Little Things for the first time.  I was inspired by the beautiful colors  and the succulent plants in the photo.  I selected a never before used stamp from Power Poppy Sassy Succulents set which I inked with SU Sage Shadow ink and colored with various Green Copics.  I sponged the Ivory CS lightly with SU Cameo Coral ink and added the Power Poppy sentiment with the same ink.  Finished with some dry embossing for texture using a Cuttlebug EF border and attached to a card base of Coral CS. Hope you are inspired as well!

Shades of Green

Hello!  I started off to make a green card and that is what I got....all green. Not another color in sight!
I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday for my design since it had circles as also in the photo inspiration from Sparkle & Shine Challenge.  I was going to break up the color with a bit of white but I ended using 4 shades of Green Card Stock, Memento Bamboo Leaves and Pear Tart inks, and green sequins.  The Heart was cut from a Foil Shamrock Confetti and added in with the sequins.
Other Supplies: Power Poppy Sassy Succulents stamp set, Cuttlebug EF Tiny Bubbles, Nesties Circle Dies, Sukara Clear Star Pen, and foam dots.

New Succulent Stamps

Hello!  I have been playing with some new Power Poppy stamps and thought I'd enter one of my cards  for the Power Peep of the Week. Each Friday the Bloom Brigade will pick their faves and  highlight them, not only on the Power Poppy Blog HERE but on their Pinterest Power Poppy Peeps Customer Creations .
I stamped the selected  images from Sassy Succulents on white CS with Memento Espresso Truffle ink and colored with Copics.  I cut the images and assembled the card following a sketch from Sketch n Stash challenge. I used an Olive Green cardstock base and "cork" looking pattern paper for the background.  Love the natural look of the pattern paper with the nature theme. Finished with a sentiment from the same stamp set.
