Rainbow from the Heart

Hello!  This is a card that I made just for fun.  Today I am playing with a digital image that I recently downloaded from PaperCrafter Magazine. I colored the Rainbow with Copics after printing on White cardstock.  Stamped the Sentiment and Sun image with Laurel Burch stamps from Stampendous that I had never used. Added some texture to the clouds with a Snow Marker. Card base is GKD Blue CS.
Challenge:
Crazy 4 Challenges: C4C530 Rainbow or Rain.
Stamping Sensations: April Somewhere Over the Rainbow.

Snowy Sparkly Christmas

Welcome!  I am still creating Christmas cards for my stash!  I pulled out an older stamp  Snowy Postcard from Stampendous for this one.  I  used DOI Vintage Photo to stamp on White CS using only the oval portion of the image (trimmed with a oval Spellbinders die). I adhered this to a Red Glitter Paper and added die cut Poinsettias (Red and Gold  Papers)  and the word Christmas (Metallic Gold CS).  Dies from Creative Dies and Cheery Lynn.  Added more sparkle to the scene with Diamond Stickles and with Gold Gems to the center of the flowers.

This was a difficult card to photo but the top photo captured the glitter of the paper.  Shared another card on the left without so much glare.

Modsquad Challenge: All that Sparkles.  Used Stampendous stamp.
Retro Rubber Challenge: #116 Tic Tac Toe-Used bottom row-Gems, Nature(Snow scene), Inks (DOI).  Have had stamp at least 6 years.

View from the Window on a Snowy Day

Hello!  Looking from the inside out is the theme of this card. My card today is a bit unusual but I had to go a bit out of the box to meet the Challenge at Joan's Gardens this week. Her challenge is to use any colors,  window, trees, and a product from Joan's Gardens. The tricky part was that I have no window dies so I had to make up my window with rectangle dies and to make it look more like a window, I fashioned curtains and a valence with pleated and embossed paper. I wall-papered the room with a floral print paper and used a wood grain print for the floor.  Since the window looks to an outside view I created a winter scene that I stamped in black ink and colored with pencils.  I hope the trees in the scene are enough to cover the required tree element. The Stampendous stamp "Snowy Postcard" is from Joan's Gardens that I recently won. Only a portion of the stamp is shown through the window. My card turned out a bit on the clean and simple style.
