Stockings Hung With Care

Hello! I may be a bit early but I hung out some Christmas stockings in anticipation of things to come. Not really! Just hung some stockings on a card that I created for the Creative Confetti   Triple Play challenge-to use an image 3 times on a card.  I stamped the Stocking from Power Poppy Poinsettia set 3 times and colored with Copics.  I fussy cut the stockings and hung them with metal nails(brads) on a background of striped Pattern Paper and then attached to a card base of GKD Fresh Asparagus CS. The sentiment from the same set was stamped with Memento ink.

Tree with a Lot of "Punchy" Dots

Hello! I am back with another Red and White Christmas card made with Gina K Design stamps from Joyful Holiday set.  This set is an older one that I have had for several years.  I heat embossed both the tree and sentiment with GKD White EP on GKD Red Velvet CS after stamping with Versamark ink. For fun, I decorated the tree with a White Metal Star brad and "Ornaments" cut from Red Glitter Paper with a large hole punch. Attached the panel to White Card Base.

As You Like It Challenge: Use Favorite Cute or Traditional for Christmas.  I favor Traditional Christmas cards because I do not have many cute stamps. And most of my cards go to the older generations who tend to like more traditional cards.  

Stinkin' Inkers Challenge: Theme is Die-lirious or Punchy.  Use simple hole punch for all the ornaments.

Retro Rubber: Challenge 123 Anything Goes with stamps older than a year.  These stamps are at least 5 years or older.

Simple Christmas Tree

 Welcome!  Today my card features a tree stamp by Penny Black from Wonder Collection (a 2014 freebie).  I love the simple design of this tree that I stamped with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink and added the sentiment(same set) with red ink. Then added a gold metal star brad.  I trimmed the panel and layered on a Die Cut Rectangle from Red CS and then a Striped Patterned Paper(DCWV Christmas Basics) and a White card base.

I also made a couple of Christmas tags with the same stamps and added Red Berry Nuvo Crystal Drops to decorate the trees.  Narrow green satin ribbons added to finish the tags.
