Fireworks to Celebrate America
This is a second post today and another card to celebrate the 4th of July!
I made this CAS card by using a Fireworks stamp from Repeat Impressions and a sentiment from Verve's American Hero stamp set. I stamped both using Versamark ink and Heat Embossed with Gold Embossing Powder on SU Brilliant Bue Cardstock. I attached to a base card of GKD White Cardstock. How simple and sparkly can that be.

CAS in RWB
Something about this CPS Sketch called out Red, White, Blue this week. Maybe because I had these cardstocks on my work table? And I have been making 4th of July cards? I cut 2 circles, stamped a verse on a simple rectangle, trimmed and embossed a mat and put it all together to make this CAS Card.Challenges:

Happy 4th of July
It is almost July and we will soon be celebrating the 4th. Time to pull out the Red, White and Blue for some cards. Thought the sketch from Cute Card Thursday was perfect for this card. I used stamps all from Verve's "American Hero" that I stamped on White CS and layered in Navy CS.....used a mat of Red CS that I embossed with stars and highlighted with Platinum Ink and all went together on a Navy Card base. Used Versamark and Gold EP on some of the stars that I stamped and finished with some shiny red bling. I put on a double layer of ribbon for some patriotic stripes.
Inks: Memento Lady Bug, SU Night of Navy, Brilliance Platinum Planet
Assorted Pencils, Atyou Spica Pen Gold, Pilot Gold Marker
