Ticket for Traveling

Hello!  I hope your weekend is going great!  I took time to make a card for some challenges about travel and tickets.   I was thinking about a bulletin board made with ribbons to hold memorabilia  as I designed my layout so my card resembles a board holding tickets attached with paperclips on bands of organza ribbons.   I stamped the Baggage Claim Ticket (cut out from pattern paper) with a sentiment from Heartfelt Creations with Memento Espresso Truffle ink.  This ticket was attached with a brad so the ticket can move to reveal a message underneath.  I will add that when I use the card and thought it would be appropriate to wish Bon Voyage, Happy Retirement or even  Happy Birthday, etc.. All pattern papers are from Heartfelt Creations Celebrate the Journey Collection papers.   The card base is Oyster Pearl Glossy CS from my stash. Tiny paperclips are from Ranger and ribbons and brad are from stash.

Have a great day! I love reading your comments. Theresa

The World in CAS

Hello!  I am not sure if this card will meet the requirements to be classified as CAS but I consider it to be that because it was so quick and easy to make.  I simply used designs from Heartfelt Creations Celebrate the Journey Collection.  I cut the center from one of the panels with a Nesties Circle die and added it to the pattern paper  showing a world map.  The card reads "The World Needs More People Like You" so I did not add any other sentiment. I used a Card base of Brown Card stock.

I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Pink and Black Glaze pens  with some Clear Star Pen accents( hard to see but they are there).

Transporting Thanks by a Bicycle

Hello!  Today I am sharing a card made with Heartfelt Creations papers from Celebrate the Journey Collection and Paper Such stamps Basketful of Flowers.  I stamped the Bicycle and Sentiment on a panel from the paper collection with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and layered this on Red CS and then on to another pattern paper matted with Brown CS.  I attached this to an Ivory Card Base.  The flowers were colored with Memento Markers and a Red Rhinestone was added to the Sentiment. There is some dry embossing around the image but it is hard to see but does add some texture to the feel of the card.
