The Book Dracula
Hello! Have you read Dracula? -the gothic tale about the vampire from Transylvania-published in 1897. I did not realize that it was written so many years ago. The book is Challenge 18 at The Library Challenge-you can be inspired by the cover, the title or the story. My card was inspired by the cover since I practically copied everything including the layout, colors, bats, moon from the graphic of the cover shown below. Supplies used: Dracula stamp from Mark's Finest Papers, Copics, Spooky Die cut from Cottage Cutz, Circle Die Cut, Drippy Goo Punch from Martha Stewart, Fired Brick, Yellow, and Black card stocks, Plastic Confetti Bats from stash.
Other challenges to enter:
AAA Cards: CAS Game #126 Moonlight
The Paper Girls Challenge: #162 Halloween
The Die Cut Divas: Feature Autumn or Halloween
Have a great day! I love reading your comments. Theresa

BOO to You!
BOO! It's almost Halloween and time to get spooky! I pulled out my Halloween stash and some Challenges for inspiration to make this card. Finding some googly eyes, confetti bats, purple ribbon, and an old Boo Stamp from Mark's Finest Papers 2001 set, I began my card. I made the Witch's hat with an Oval and Triangle cut from Black CS and added the Purple ribbon and Cameo Cut Vellum Feather with the eyes. Have you ever seen such a Spooky hat? On the Black Card base I added some old paper from Echo Park Apothecary Emporium (hoarding this for Halloween), Neon Green Panel, and Black Bats circling the hat. I stamped the BOO with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and heat embossed with Clear EP.

Challenges:The Shabby Tea Room: Week #261 Boo-riffic. I was inspired by the Witch's Hat and the colors Black, Purple, and Green and of Course the word BOO!
Creative Corner Challenge: Theme is Halloween.
AAA Cards: Game #59 Clean and Simple Halloween
Retro Rubber: Challenge 25 Get Your Spook on!
Craft-Dee Bow Z: CDB30 October challenge anything goes and include a handmade bow,
Have a great day! I love reading your comments. Theresa
