Hello! Probably anyone who makes cards knows that today is World Card Making Day. That's a great reason to do what I enjoy doing instead of housework. Power Poppy has a World Card Making Day challenge- Create with a fall theme in mind! Enter your card twice if you create with fall in mind and use a sentiment that shares a theme of gratitude! Enter your card three times if you create with fall in mind, use a sentiment of gratitude AND use a Power Poppy stamp! Link up your creation below so we can all see!
I made this card for the challenge with stamps from Power Poppy Vibrant Thanks clear stamp set. I stamp the flower image with Memento Pistachio and Morocco inks on white card stock and colored lightly with Copic markers. That gave the Bee Balm a hint of fall colors. I trimmed the image with a Spellbinders Oval Die. For the background, I used GKD Fresh Asparagus CS that I embossed with Cuttlebug Wicker Weave EF. Stamped a sentiment from Vibrant Thanks set with Versamark ink and heat embossed with GKD White EP. Assembled the card with White Card Base, ribbon from my stash and a Pearl embellishment. Used a sketch from Sketch Saturday.
