At the Maine Shore (Just on the Card)

Hello!  I love this Repeat Impressions stamp Bass Harbor Light (large), of an actual lighthouse in Maine.  I stamped the image on white CS and colored with Copics and sponged the sky (using a mask) with Memento Summer Sky ink.  I stamped the RI sentiment with DOI Vintage Photo.  For fun, I added a "Row Boat" Button to the shoreline.  Yes, it is another one of my beach/sea theme collection of buttons. Just snipped off the shank on back and attached with foam tape.
Simon Wednesday Challenge: Simon Says Fun In The Sun. A trip to the shore is always a fun day as long as it is sunny.

At the House That Stamps Built: Tic Tac Toe Challenge J1118. Used Texture (Button),  Seashore (Maine shore) , Primary Colors (Red, Blue, Yellow-the top of lighthouse if you do not see, and Green).  Note I always thought just Red, Yellow, and Blue were the Primary Colors but some sources on the internet list green as a primary, so I am including it.

Have a great day! I love reading your comments. Theresa

I love light houses and scenes with light houses, so I had to come take a close look at yours. Wonderful! It does remind me of the Maine coast.

Ahhh . . . one of my favorite RI stamps! It can be a little daunting to color, but you did a fabulous job! Love that fun little row boat button; such a great finishing touch! Thanks for playing with The House That Stamps Built.
