Spring is on the Way

Hello!  Playing with flowers, embossing, and water coloring.  I began this card by embossing a Repeat Impressions stamp Flower Power Background with White EP on watercolor paper and then colored with Distress Oxide Inks using a water brush. (Inks: Broken China, Fossilized Amber, Picked Raspberry,  Cracked Pistachio, Wilted Violet, and Iced Spruce.) Stamped sentiment on vellum and heat embossed with Clear EP...trimmed and attached with vellum tape.  Used a Yellow Card Base and a mat of White CS to finish.
The House That Stamps Built: Inspiration Palette Challenge - M2118 Inspired by colors from the palette.
The Paper Girls Challenge: 148 Embossing.  Used heat embossing for the flowers and sentiment..
