Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge

The Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge this week is to make a card for Father's Day. I chose to use the pickup truck stamp from MFP which I stamped and colored with Copics and sponged the sky in blue ink. I added Glossy Accents to the truck. After cutting out the image, I sponged the edge with distress ink. I layered this on a pattern paper mat, wrapped some twine, placed on distressed brown mat, and  then adhered to a dark green card base.  Finished with the sentiment that will make this a great Father's Day card to send my brother.

Supplies:
Stamps: Mark Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.
Big Boy Toys Stamp Set  and  Special Lion Stamp Set
Inks: Memento Black Tuxedo and Summer Sky, Distress Ink Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy
Copics and Metallic Gel Pen
Papers and Twine: All from Mark's Finest Papers "On Safari" Paper Craft Pack
Glossy Accents
Nestie Die

Please join in the challenge this week for a chance to win a MFP stamp Set. You have until 3PM on Friday May 25, 2012 to post your card. Remember, if you use MFP, a Heinrich Company stamps your name will be entered into the drawing twice.

I enjoy all your comments. Thank you. Theresa
