Cooking Up with Vintage

The challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow wants us to create a vintage, shabby chic or primitive inspired card and play TIC TAC TOE according to the game board shown below. Since I received a lot of feedback and encouragement from my vintage card last week, I am back to try another one. I chose to play the top row using lace, buttons, and diecuts on my card.

I used digital images- a freebie from Create with TLC and sentiment from Meljens. I colored the image  with copics and pencils, trimmed it amd placed on a mat cut with a die. Also cut the sentiment with a tag die that I modified. Added some aging and distressing to all layers with distress ink. My button and lace are very old that I added.  I used a sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday for my layout.
Digis: Freebies From Create with TLC  "Vintage Cooking" by Paulette and Meljens Designs "Kiss the Cook"
Copics: B000,91,93, C00,1,3,9, E000,00,11,31, G 20,21, R20,24,29
Koh-i-noor Pencils and TH Distress Ink Tea Dye
Paper: Ivory , White CS, Graphics 45 DP "Once Upon a Springtime"
Adhesive Lace: K& CO
Lace, Antique Button, and Ribbon from my collection
Spellbinders Labels 9 and Tag Die

Sugar Creek Hollow: Tic Tac Toe challenge
Sweet Sketch Wednesday: Sketch 108 shown on left
Sweet Stampin' Challenge: Something new, someting old. New is DP from Graphics 45. Old is button and lace.
There's Magic in the Air: Do a card that reflects the era from the 1920's-1930's. Think the "cook" could certainly be out of the 20's or 30's...making a pie from scratch.
Cupcake Craft Challenge: Challenge is "Cooking Up a Storm"
Stamp Something: Digi day challenge...both image and sentiment are digis.
Do You Stack Up Challenge: Square is theme.   My card and mat is square. Also a square made with adhesive lace.

I appreciate your comments. Thanks for stopping by! Theresa
