Basket of Hydrangeas

For Stamp TV Potluck Friday's Challenge, Dee Marie  challenged us to add paper weaving to a card with strips of card stock, designer paper, ribbon, or whatever else you can think of!
I weaved a basket of 1/4" strips and other scraps to hold flowers on my card. I stamped hydrangeas on watercolor paper using the water misting technique which I love to use. The finished card size is 8.5" high and 5.25" wide to acommodate the stamp size. Used light green CS as base card and medium green CS as mat. Punched corners to hold the watercolor.
Stamp: PSX Hydrangea
CS: Brazill Greens, Scraps of Brown
Punch: EK Success Lattice Corner Punch
Makers: Marvy Brush Markers-Jungle Green, Periwinkle, Ultramarine
Thanks for visiting!
